Downloading Your Purchase
After payment, you’ll receive an email with your unique download link.
You can also download from the order confirmation page right after checkout.
Save your files immediately and back them up.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder, then contact us with your order details.
File Format: Most products are delivered as a .ZIP file containing PDFs, Word documents, Canva templates, or images. You’ll need to unzip the file before use.
How to Unzip Files
macOS: Double-click the .ZIP file (or right-click and choose “Open”).
Windows 10/11: Double-click and select Extract All, or right-click and choose Extract All.
iPhone/iPad: Open the Files app, locate the ZIP, and tap it to extract.
Android: Use the Files by Google app, locate the ZIP, and tap Extract.
If a ZIP file won’t open, make sure you have enough storage space. Contact us if you need a fresh download.
Customizing Your PLR Product

Important: You must sell the finished product in a non-editable format (e.g., PDF) and may not share editable source files or transfer the license.

FAQs
Q: Do I have to credit Smart Sell Lab?
A: No. Attribution is not required.
Q: Can I resell PLR products on my website or a marketplace?
A: Yes. You may resell your customized version for 100% profit. Editable files and license rights cannot be transferred.
Q: Can I give away the product for free?
A: You may give away your finished product as a bonus or lead magnet, but never the editable files.
Q: What software do I need?
A: Check the product description. Common tools include Adobe Reader, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Canva.
Q: How many times can I download my files?
A: Download links may have limits. Save and back up your files immediately. Contact us if you need a reset due to a technical issue.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and there are no exceptions at any time. Once a purchase is completed, access to the digital product is granted immediately, and it cannot be returned. Smart Sell Lab is a digital product–based platform. We provide access to products that we create in-house or that we commission from professional contractors. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Q: Do you offer customization services?
A: No. All products are delivered ready-made for you to customize yourself or through a freelancer of your choice.
License Agreement

Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Smart Sell Lab ("Company") for the use of digital products ("Assets") provided through Smart Sell Lab’s website ("Website"). By downloading or using the Assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Types of Assets
Free Assets: Assets available without cost.
Paid Assets: Premium Assets available for users who purchase from Smart Sell Lab.
Grant of License
Smart Sell Lab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Assets, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You are granted Master Resell Rights, meaning you may rebrand, modify, and resell the Assets as your own. You may also use these Assets to build a store, with Smart Sell Lab as your private supplier of digital products. Once you gain access to the Assets, you are free to use, modify, and sell them without limitation.
Intellectual Property
All Assets are the property of Smart Sell Lab. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Assets are owned by Smart Sell Lab.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Smart Sell Lab may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Assets.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Assets are provided "as is". Smart Sell Lab makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Smart Sell Lab be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Assets.
General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Smart Sell Lab concerning the use of the Assets. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Smart Sell Lab resides.
